We had a fantastic stay at the hostel in the centre of Candelaria. Explora Hostels is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and the location couldn't be better. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to store our backpacks and use their facilities on the day we returned to Bogota. They went above and beyond to assist us with a taxi driver issue, arranging a meeting with the police on our behalf. The hostel itself was clean and comfortable, with nice breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, and hot showers. We highly recommend this place for its great location and helpful staff.
Can't fault the property in any way. 👍

The staff at this hostel were incredibly helpful and friendly, giving us useful tips and directions to make sure we didn't get lost in the city. the location was also great, close to all the downtown tourist attractions. the breakfast served by the owner was delicious and it made us feel at home.
The hostel did not feel as social as some others we have stayed in. There weren't many opportunities to interact with other guests, and people mostly kept to themselves.

The hostel was conveniently located near major attractions in the historic center, making it easy to explore the city on foot. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for nearby places to visit and ensuring a comfortable stay.
The room I stayed in was smaller than expected and lacked proper lighting. It felt cramped and was not as comfortable as I had hoped.

The hostel had a great location in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to the city's attractions, according to guest reviews. Guests enjoyed the comfortable beds and clean rooms and bathrooms. the hostel also offered a delicious breakfast and had a nice area with hammocks for relaxation. Some guests mentioned the friendly and helpful staff who always had a smile on their face.
Some guests felt that the front desk staff lacked knowledge about the area and that the middle afternoon-evening staff could have been more welcoming.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Carlos who was patient with our limited Spanish. The breakfasts were delicious and affordable. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were changed regularly. The hostel had a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable common area. it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

The staff spoke enough English to communicate effectively, and they provided a laundry service which was very convenient. The hot water worked well, and our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the multiple waste bins. The location was great, and there were no disturbances from late-night guest entries. we couldn't have found a better choice at this price point.

The staff at this hostel was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great advice on where to go and always ready to assist when needed. the central location was perfect for exploring the area, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. the comfortable beds and spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, making for a relaxing stay. Plus, the superb wifi was a definite bonus for staying connected during my holiday.
There were a few aspects that could have been improved upon. the kitchen was quite small and could benefit from expansion, as there was limited space to store food and only room for two people at a time.

They spoke English well and were always available for a quick chat. the cleanliness of the hostel was impressive, probably the cleanest I've ever seen. the breakfast offered was delicious and at a reasonable price. the location of the hostel was great, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city.
The noise level in the hostel. People coming in late at night woke me up, which was quite bothersome.

The value for money was great, with a big, clean, and comfortable room. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and easily accessible by taxi.
The breakfast option could have been better, maybe with more variety or a few additional choices.
